Certified Life & Nutrition Coach

Welcome! I’m Khara Hindi, a Certified Nutrition Coach and the founder of Mind Body Well Coaching. My mission is to help individuals, groups, and organizations build sustainable health practices that foster energy, resilience, and overall well-being.

Through a science-based, practical approach, I specialize in metabolic health, stress management, and mindful eating to empower people to feel and perform at their best—both in their personal lives and at work.

With a background in nutrition and a passion for holistic wellness, I’ve developed a range of services tailored to meet diverse needs, from corporate wellness workshops to individual and group coaching programs. Each program is rooted in the belief that balanced, sustainable health is achievable for everyone and can have a profound impact on focus, energy, and life satisfaction.

Corporate Wellness Workshops

For organizations, I offer engaging workshops designed to support employee health and productivity. My introductory Metabolic Health Basics workshop, for example, has received high engagement and positive feedback from corporate teams. This workshop provides employees with practical tools to optimize their energy, manage stress, and improve focus, with benefits that extend to workplace morale and productivity. Building on this foundation, I offer further workshops that explore:
